The Erasmus+ project “Fair Care Learning and Training for Inclusion and Self-Determination in Long-Term Care” (FairCare) brings together experts from six countries, people in need of care, family members, and care professionals to promote inclusion and self-determination in long-term care. Through a collaborative approach, all stakeholders work together to develop practical solutions that support independent living and improve participation and quality of life for people receiving care.
