13 leckét tartalmaz a kurzus, melyet három blokkban lehet elsajátítani (vagy három nap alatt), illetve online tanulással. Uvod
Ovaj tečaj namijenjen je osobama koje su već prošle tečaj pod nazivom Uvod u FairShares Model (certificiranim FairShares praktičarima) i/ili tečaj pod nazivom Uvod u FairShares društvenu reviziju (certificiranim FairShares revizorima) koji žele razvijati vlastitu karijeru kao menadžeri, treneri ili predavači u FairShares labovima te postati certificirani FairShares treneri.

· Socijalni poduzetnici, stručnjaci za kooperativni razvoj, voditelji društvenih poduzeća koji imaju želju osnovati FairShares lab u svojemu gradu, regiji ili državi.

oder Coach in einem FairShares-Labor weiterentwickeln möchten und ein zertifizierter FairShares-Experte werden möchten.
Der Kurs ist als Teil einer beruflichen Qualifikation konzipiert (mit durchgehender Unterstützung der TutorInnen). Es ist für Unternehmer, Manager und Pädagogen geeignet, die ein physisches oder virtuelles FairShares-Labor erstellen, unterstützen und entwickeln möchten, in dem das FairShares-Modell auf kooperative Entwicklungsprojekte angewendet wird.
Zielgruppen
- Sozialunternehmer, kooperative Entwicklungsfachleute und Manager sozialer Unternehmen, die in ihrer Stadt, Region oder ihrem Land ein FairShares-Labor einrichten möchten.

Introduction
This course provides an opportunity for anyone interested in the FairShares Model to explore and apply it to their work. In addition to exploring values and principles, key questions, approaches to learning (and decision-making), students will use a range of FairShares auditing and diagnostic tools to gather information needed to develop a plan for a FairShares enterprise. In the final stages of the course, students will learn how to use a FairShares Canvass to prepare for the creation of a new social enterprise and generate a draft constitution for a new FairShares company, cooperative, partnership or association.

- Entrepreneurs seeking to (re)design a social enterprise for multiple
stakeholders.
- Enterprise educators wishing to encourage the study of multi-stakeholder social enterprise
