Az Erasmus+ „Fair Care Learning and Training for Inclusion and Self-Determination in Long-Term Care” (FairCare) projekt hat országból származó szakértőket, gondozásra szoruló személyeket, családtagokat és gondozási szakembereket hoz össze azzal a céllal, hogy elősegítse a befogadást és az önrendelkezést a tartós gondozásban. Együttműködésen alapuló megközelítés keretében minden érintett közösen dolgozik olyan gyakorlati megoldások kidolgozásán, amelyek támogatják az önálló életvitelt, valamint javítják a gondozásban részesülő személyek részvételét és életminőségét.

Das Erasmus+-Projekt „Fair Care – Lernen und Training für Inklusion und Selbstbestimmung in der Langzeitpflege“ (FairCare) bringt Expertinnen und Experten aus sechs Ländern, pflegebedürftige Menschen, Angehörige sowie Pflegefachkräfte zusammen, um Inklusion und Selbstbestimmung in der Langzeitpflege zu fördern. Durch einen gemeinschaftlichen Ansatz arbeiten alle Beteiligten gemeinsam an praxisnahen Lösungen, die ein selbstständiges Leben unterstützen und die Teilhabe sowie die Lebensqualität von Menschen mit Pflegebedarf verbessern.
