Meeting in Milan/Italy
The last meeting was held in Milan/Italy by our partner Fondazione Luigi Clerici.
Fondazione Luigi Clerici intends to promote the process of empowerment of the person on a professional and personal level by offering professional, cultural and social training. FLC focuses on the educational project of the person (understood as a citizen and worker) and on the development of training methods and paths through which to improve the realisation of his or her potential in the context of life. Fondazione Luigi Clerici is a private non-profit organisation, established in 1972, which operates in Italy with its approximately 30 branches providing training services to individuals, companies and social organisations.
Through its activities, Fondazione Luigi Clerici aims to help people to make their resources flourish, adapting them flexibly to the context in which they live, thus promoting the wellbeing of the entire community.
In particular, the Foundation intends to
- promote training and employment, taking care of the centrality of the person, within a framework of equal opportunities for all;
- participate in the life of the communities of the territories in which it operates;
- devote attention to the social sphere by stimulating social innovation and individual and economic growth;
- operate in transparent information and economic transparency;
- pay attention to quality and style in internal and external relations, staff motivation and satisfaction, and health and safety;
- minimise environmental impact.
